Delivery and Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. Depending on the delivery service, the package will then be delivered within 3-5 working days to you or the lucky recipient.
Would you prefer the gift to be delivered at a later date, perhaps for a special occasion such as a birthday? Please mention this during the ordering process in the comments section. We will do our best to ensure that the gift is delivered on the right day. However, please note that this is subject to the delivery service.
For orders under €49,99.00, the shipping cost for Belgium is €5.95. Shipping is free for Belgium on orders over €49,99.00. For the Netherlands, Germany, and Luxembourg, the shipping cost is €8.00 per order, with free delivery for orders over €70.00.
For the remaining EU countries, the shipping cost is €20.00 per order. Shipping costs for countries outside Europe can be requested via hello@kukas.be.
You will receive a tracking code from us, which you can use to track your package.
We will ship your package to the address provided. Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday.
Returns
When you purchase goods or services from us, you have the right to decide that you do not want to keep the goods within 14 days from delivery. You can then return your order without penalty and without giving any reason (the costs for this are at your expense). Within 14 days after we have received your returned order or you have indicated that you want to withdraw from the agreement, we will refund you the full purchase price by bank transfer. The direct costs of returning the goods are your responsibility.
We may wait with the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
During the first 14 days after delivery, we expect you to handle the order and packaging with care. If you still want to return the goods as described above, you may only unpack or use them to the extent necessary to assess whether you wish to keep the goods. Returned goods may be tried on but must not be used. When returning the goods, they must always be returned with all supplied accessories, in the original condition and packaging, and in accordance with our instructions below.

We will send you a confirmation of receipt of your revocation by email.
You can return your return package by post.
Ordering Online
It’s easy to place an order on our website.
1. Find the product.
2. Choose any options (color, size, etc.).
3. Select the desired quantity.
4. Click “Add to Cart.”
5. Click on the shopping cart icon at the top right and press “Checkout.”
6. Review your order summary and click “Checkout.”
7. Enter your email address under “Create Account” and click “Create Account.”
8. Fill in the rest of your details and click “Continue.”
9. You can optionally provide a different shipping address.
10. You can now easily pay for your order online (see below).
11. After payment, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
12. We will keep you informed of the status of your order via email.

Terms and Conditions
Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
The seller: the legal entity offering products remotely to consumers.
The consumer: the natural person who does not act in the course of a profession or business and enters into a distance agreement with the seller.
Cooling-off period: the period during which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal.
Return: the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal, which is the opportunity for the consumer to withdraw from the distance agreement within the cooling-off period.
Day: working days, i.e., excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Scope
Each order constitutes acceptance by the consumer of our terms and conditions, which form an integral part of the agreement, excluding all other general or special conditions emanating from the consumer, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Prices and Payment
The offer includes a full description of the product offered. This always includes the price and any discounts offered. All prices include 21% VAT and shipping costs.
At kukas, you have the option to pay via: Bancontact / Mister Cash, iDEAL, PayPal, Credit Card.
Unpaid orders will be automatically canceled by the seller after 3 (three) days.
Any complaint regarding a payment must be formulated in detail by signed letter or email within 5 (five) days of receipt of the invoice to be admissible.
Orders settled with a gift card will not be refunded in cash in the event of a return. A new gift card will be issued.
Shipping
Products are delivered worldwide by kukas.
Incorrectly provided delivery addresses are the responsibility of the consumer and may result in additional costs.
If the consumer does not collect their parcel in a timely manner from a collection point, it will be automatically returned to us. We can resend it, but shipping costs will need to be paid. Free shipping is offered only once.
Unless otherwise stated, our prices always include transport.
The indicated delivery times are not binding but are provided purely as an indication. No delay in delivery can lead to termination of the purchase or payment of damages to the benefit of the consumer, except in cases of deliberate delay. We are not liable for delays in the courier service.
In the event of non-delivery of the goods, any amounts paid by the consumer will be refunded without interest or other compensation.
kukas cannot be held responsible for damage, theft, or loss of goods during shipment.
We make every effort to package and ship the goods as securely as possible.
Cooling-off Period and Return Conditions
In the context of distance selling to consumers falling within the scope of the Law of 6 April 2010, the consumer has the right to inform the seller that they wish to cancel the purchase, without penalty and without giving a reason, within 14 (fourteen) days from the day following the delivery.
If the consumer invokes this possibility, they must return the goods in original condition, with the original labels, unopened and in the original packaging, at their own risk and expense to kukas.
Unstamped returns will not be accepted.
Goods specifically designed for the consumer or perishable goods cannot be returned, and the consumer cannot invoke the right of withdrawal.
The return shipment is inspected by kukas. After a successful inspection, the item will be refunded. You can expect a refund to your account within 2 (two) weeks.
Orders settled with a gift card will never be refunded in cash in the event of a return. A new gift card will be issued.
Warranty
Our warranty is limited to the warranty for hidden defects and the warranty in the case of consumer sales, both provided for in the Civil Code.
If a product does not meet the agreement, the consumer must notify the seller within 7 (seven) days following delivery.
Any compensation for this can never exceed the invoiced/paid amount to the consumer.
Ordinary or normal wear and tear, unintentional or intentional changes made by the consumer to the product, the inability to present an invoice or valid proof of payment, and various omissions are explicit but not limited exceptions to the above warranty system.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for a delay in performance or for non-performance of our obligations due to events beyond our normal control, including production interruptions, difficulties in supply or shortages of raw materials, labor, energy, or transport, or delays in transport, strikes, work stoppages, or other collective labor disputes affecting ourselves or our suppliers, even if these events are foreseeable.
Complaints
We strive to describe and clarify the items offered as accurately as possible using photos. If errors occur (material errors, typographical errors), this is due to a human, involuntary error and no rights can be derived from this.
Colors in photos may also slightly differ from the actual colors. Settings and quality of your screen can influence this, as well as the lighting. Exchanges based on color deviations cannot be accepted.
We also make every effort to thoroughly inspect our products for any errors or defects.
Any complaint must be formulated in detail by signed letter or email within 5 (five) days of receipt of the goods to be admissible.
We make every effort to prevent, remedy, and resolve any complaints.
We cannot be held liable for injuries or damage resulting from the use of our products.
